Meet Jen Dobrenski, RP(Q)!

Jennifer works with kids (5+), teens, and families – bringing a calm, supportive presence to therapy. She’s all about helping young people build emotional tools, strengthen relationships, and move through tricky stuff with care and creativity.

Jen is currently training in Play-Based Therapy and tailors her work to meet each child and family where they’re at.

She offers in-person sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, and virtual sessions on Wednesdays.

We’re so glad she’s here!

Navigating Technology as a Family 🌐⁣

Our tech-savvy kids can sometimes feel like they’re a step ahead of us, but our role as parents is not just to keep up - it’s to stay safe, too. With scammers and fraud evolving every day, technology literacy isn’t just about knowing the latest app; it’s about knowing how to protect ourselves and our loved ones. One way to tackle this? Build family plans around online safety. Set up a unique “code word” for messages, so if an emergency arises, you’ll know it’s real. And if a message lacks that word? Pick up the phone and make sure it’s really from your loved one.⁣

Creating an open dialogue about fraud and technology empowers everyone in the family. This conversation, especially when started early, equips kids with the skills to navigate tech safely, and it can lift the shame many feel when they fall for a scam. 💬 Let’s set up for success - no one’s immune, but with a plan, we can protect ourselves and each other.⁣
