With colder weather comes a new arrival procedure for your appointments. This is the new sign that will be posted at my front door when you first arrive.

I have a quick 15 minute turn-over between clients to make sure I can see as many of you as possible each week. This 15 minutes includes the time it takes for a client to get off the table, pay / book their next appointment & for me to disinfect the room & reset the table.

There is a QR code on the front door for self-check-in to let me know that you are here. I’ll soon have little QR code cards that you’ll be able to take with you & leave in your car to make future check-ins quick & easy. Self check-in is not mandatory so if you’re having trouble with it, don’t worry about it. The door will be opened at your appointment time no matter what!

That being said, to avoid having to wait outside in the cold, especially as we approach winter, please wait in your car until the time of your appointment. I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to come to the door any earlier.

A year ago I went to the Costa Rican jungle for 3 weeks & came back a yoga teacher. I’ve since taught 168 classes & everyday I still can’t believe I get paid to do something I love this much. Eternally grateful for the yoga community & for for giving me a second home. Thank you to all my students who show up & share space & share their energy with me. In a warm room, guiding movement is where I was born to be.
