They are designed to support general wellbeing, stress management, and athletic focus, not to replace therapy or address individual mental health conditions.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat, cushion and/or blanket
Hydration (herbal tea will be provided)
Comfy relaxing clothes
Anything that helps you feel relaxed
