practice being shame free. Sit with the thought, why am I passing shame or judging this person? Maybe what they are doing is activating negative emotions for you or bringing up upsetting memories. We are all UNlearning.

GREAT NEWS! I am now accepting sliding scale payments. I encourage you to contact me if finances have been a barrier to you accessing counselling. These payments will be determined on your income and dependant situation. If you’re interested, reach out and we can chat. Don’t book online as my website is currently down.
