Meet Sukruti!

Sukruti is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist passionate about helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals. A graduate of the Ahmedabad Institute of Medical Sciences in India, she furthered her expertise in Canada by completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Algonquin College.Sukruti utilizes an evidence-informed approach to deliver patient-centered care. She has enhanced her clinical skills with certifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, which she uses to address pain and restore mobility.

Beyond musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, Sukruti is a Level 2 Certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. She is committed to supporting women’s health, with experience guiding patients through pregnancy, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery.

By crafting personalized treatment plans, Sukruti empowers her patients with the tools and education needed for a successful recovery. Outside of the clinic, she is an avid artist with a love for painting and finds joy in baking

Meet Sami!

Sami Dalvi has been practicing physiotherapy since 2018 and brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her patients. She is passionate about helping people of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, achieve pain-free living and optimal movement.

Sami has extensive experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation. She believes true wellness goes beyond the physical body, taking a holistic approach that considers both mind and body as essential parts of the healing journey.

She is rostered to practice acupuncture, including dry needling, and pelvic floor therapy.

Sami also holds specialized training in: vestibular, balance, and dizziness rehabilitation, neurological conditions, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue mobilization and post-burn physiotherapy, as well as manual traction and Shockwave therapy.

Outside the clinic, Sami brings the same energy to her personal life. You might find her dominating the badminton court, spiking volleyballs, or enjoying a strategic round of the wonderfully quirky “carrot chess.”

After a lot of training and hard work to get my body prepared, I can officially say that I have finished a half marathon! I want to give a huge thank you to my training partner, best friend and wife, Anna (who also finished her first running race), and my shoe partner
