Ottawa Integrative Health Centre The OIHC offers Naturopathic Med, IV Therapy, Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness & Counseling

Naturopathic Medicine is a system of therapy and treatment which relies exclusively on natural remedies, such as nutrition, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine and homeopathy. Psychotherapy, or counseling is a manner in which talk therapy and behavioural therapy are used to help an individual or couple actualize their best selves. Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that is individualized for each patient, where treatment involves manual adjustments that are focussed on relieving pressures and restrictions and treating the body as an entire dynamic unit of function.
