What a busy month September has been. Not only did both of my kids start new schools, I started a new job as a Registered ECE in a local kindergarten class.

Just like that Fall is upon us. Will fall, comes fall colours, warmer clothes, comfort foods and of course .Yea I bought got a little bit of this favourite squash. The question is, what do I do with this much pumpkin? It’s time to bake!! Do you like pumpkin? If so, what are your favourite recipes using pumpkin?
