Go and be where you feel the most alive! That's where you'll find your flow.
It's the beginning of the week and the perfect time to look at the week ahead and ask yourself:
〰️ what do I need right now?
〰️ how am I taking care of myself?
〰️ what will offer me the kind of support I actually need?
Notice what GIVES you energy .. and what DRAINS you.
Every Monday, I love taking sometime to book in how I can honour my energy and connect to pleasure + joy throughout the week. Whether it be writing, walking, yoga, gym, gardening, seeing a friend, making food - it all goes into my calender as YELLOW 💛 (the colour of happiness, obviously!) and that way when I look ahead at the week, it feels really super delightful to see all the splashes of yellow! It actually feels so supportive to know I've got myself and have visual evidence of this! And if I'm not seeing enough yellow - I know what to do!
If gently moving your body, exploring sensations with curiosity ( I'm currently OBSESSED with curiosity), tending to your nervous system so you manage stress better, practicing breathing skillfully, and expanding your mind is the kind of support that will make you feel more alive, you've got 3 opportunities to flow this week:
