The Reset Retreat 🌱

Last weekend hosted its first retreat of this kind for the community! We disconnected from the city and found ourselves out in nature, cultivating moments of quiet and moments together—nourishing our hearts, souls, and stomachs (the PA team throws DOWN in the kitchen!👩🏾‍🍳💋)

We laughed, we released, and more importantly, we returned to ourselves. We welcomed a new Fire Horse year surrounded by horses (literally—a stable was right beneath us 🐎), reigniting our own flames and tending to our inner gardens. I’m forever grateful to collaborate with PA and — a true energy healer and my soul sister 💐💛 ! And to my other soul sister for having us on this beautiful land, for tending to it, gathering community, and for all the ways our paths crossing never cease to amaze me 🌹.
To the funders, thank you for believing in this work and showing us that rest doesn’t have to be earned- it is a birthright

May we continue to build magic all year long and stayed tuned for exciting experiences all season ✨

IWD- Slices & Solidarity

International Women’s Day is one of my favourite day of the year! For those who may not know, aside from being an Energy Healer, I am also a Social and community worker with my career rooted in sectors relating to gender-based violence, IPV, sexual Health & reproductive justice and rights and mental health. I’m proud to say I have spent the majority of my life and work teaching, learning from, supporting, advocating, and showing up for women, gender diverse folks and youth— any way I can, any place I can and I hope to continue to do so for as long as I can.

So, to have been able to spend IWD offering readings and fundraising for and , two orgs that I love dearly, was a dream! But more importantly, to be able to see all of you, spend time connecting for the first time- some of you from as far as Embrun, Rockland and the Ottawa Valley!! (😭💗💗)- or catching up as you return, I am eternally grateful for the window of time we spent together ( all slots were completely booked!!)

To all the vendors and the amazing organizers .co and for always making us feel at home— thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing together women founded businesses, all healers in our own way, to share our art, our passion and our energy and hearts 💐

Here’s to celebrating IWD all year round! May we all find peace, freedom and justice; may we continue to take up space, may our joy be louder than our cries, may we continue to hold each other, uplift each other and be stronger, together.
