Regardless if the care you provide is professional or personal, this one is for you.

In Ottawa, on Jan 17, I’ll be hosting an in-person guided journaling workshop in collaboration with the OASW (Ontario Association of Social Workers). This experience is designed to help relax the body, bring clarity to the mind, and support more grounded, confident decision-making.

We’ll spend a gentle, nourishing morning together with time to connect and network, enjoy tea and light snacks, move the body softly and the mind openly to encourage flow to both. Experience the trees&breathe guided journaling method.

All you need to bring is a notebook, a pen, and a curious heart.
