When people talk about vibes, your heart is a major factor in defining your cadence. Intensity, duration, minimum and maximums - our biological rhythms are an open loop orbiting a fleshy machine.

During sleep your heart reaches its slowest level. Mine has been as low as 32BPM during mid sleep (you body is also the coldest πŸ₯Ά)

Your theoretical πŸ’― max heart rate can be measured by

taking your age(33)-220 = 187BPM

Animal-based foods such as red meat, poultry, and fish are the primary dietary sources of creatine. Vegetarian sources of creatine include dairy products and certain plant foods such as beans and nuts, but in lower amounts.

The exact amount of food required to achieve 5g-10g of creatine intake can vary based on the creatine content of the specific food. Here is an approximate list of food portions that would provide roughly 5g-10g of creatine:

2-2.5 pounds (0.9-1.1 kg) of raw beef or pork (beef contains about 5g of creatine per kg, while pork contains about 2g per kg)
2-3 pounds (0.9-1.4 kg) of raw fish such as salmon or tuna (fish contains about 4-6g of creatine per kg)
2-2.5 pounds (0.9-1.1 kg) of raw chicken (chicken contains about 3g of creatine per kg)
