I added RDLs to my routine and here’s why I’m never skipping them again:
✅ Targets neglected muscles – Your hamstrings and glutes do a lot of work in daily movement and the RDL strengthens them effectively.
✅ Builds real-life strength – Lifting, bending, picking things up, all use the hip hinge pattern you train with an RDL.
✅ Protects your lower back – A strong posterior chain supports your spine for more control and less strain.
✅ Improves balance and stability – The hip hinge teaches your body to stay steady and grounded.
✅ Boosts overall performance – Whether you run, lift, or play sports, RDLs increase power where it matters.
