Before & After of Revision Rhinoplasty with a Small Chin Implant. This lovely 40-year-old patient consulted with Dr. Ian MacArthur for a Revision Rhinoplasy after being dissatisfied with the outcome of her previous surgery performed by another surgeon.

To enhance her overall facial balance, she also chose to refine her profile with a Small Chin Implant, placed through a discreet submental incision for natural results.

Revision Rhinoplasty post-operative swelling takes at least 2 years to resolve after surgery. Her results will continue to refine and improve over time.

Photos taken approximately 1 year apart. Her nasal tip swelling will progressively decrease and her results will continue to look more beautiful over time.
