“Life can present many challenges and difficulties. It’s tough to experience stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and burnout. However, it’s often through facing these difficulties that you discover your strengths, resiliency, and capacity for growth.

As a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing a Master’s degree in counselling psychology, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing on the strengths and inherent potential of each individual. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural,  interpersonal, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, mindfulness therapies, and EMDR.
