Thank you for following my page and supporting my clinic and new business adventure :)
For those of you who may not know me, let me introduce myself.
My name is Mackenzie, I am a Registered Massage Therapist in the Glebe of downtown Ottawa. I began working as an RMT 5 years ago and last fall ventured out with my colleague to create our own clinic!
During treatments, I use a variety of light and deep techniques, including myofascial, trigger point, Swedish, CST and manual lymphatic drainage to find the most efficient way to induce positive change whether it be from an injury, muscle/postural imbalance or the stresses of everyday life on the body.
