Yup, that’s me! You’re probably wondering how I got here in the first place….

After a spectacular tumble down the stairs yesterday, and a brief ER visit and X-ray… I’m walking away with some contusions and a few bruised ribs. Tender and stiff this morning, but attempting to get back on that horse.

Please forgive me if your appointment was affected or may be affected. Blessedly, my subconscious, as usual, tucked my hands up and saved them from injury.
