The requirement for a third-party health professional to sign an OCF-18 form causes delayed patient care, with 85% of RMTs surveyed reporting delays at least some of the time. Delays lead to halted progress, emotional distress and increased pain.
That’s why I’m asking to support RMTs signing their own OCF-18 form by asking the Minister of Finance to make a change to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.
We need to remove barriers to Ontarians receiving the healthcare they need, when they need it. Remove barriers to improve care.

✨ We’re thrilled to welcome Hélène Cadieux, RMT back to Align Massage Therapy!

A former professional figure skater with Disney on Ice, Hélène brings a world of experience — from practicing Massage Therapy in the UK, completing yoga teacher training in India, to running her own practice in the Gatineau Hills.

Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and bodywork to restore the body-mind connection through the nervous system and fascia. She offers Relaxation, Prenatal & Therapeutic Massage in combination with Craniosacral Therapy, Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, Myofascial Release & Embodiment Coaching.

Off the table, you’ll find her volunteering with Hospice Care Ottawa, dancing, meditating, or cruising on her motorcycle 🏍️
