🌿 Booking made simple 🌿
If you’re new here and wondering whether we’d be a good fit, I warmly encourage you to take advantage of a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a low-pressure opportunity to ask questions about me and the therapy process, share a bit about what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how it might be to work together before committing to book an intake session. 🌱
If you're interested in working together and ready to take the next step, an intake session can be booked by emailing me directly at emily@wholesumwellness.ca. You can also book an intake sessions by heading to the contact page on the Whole Sum Wellness website (wholesumwellness.ca).
Booking follow-up sessions with me is easy and flexible. You’re welcome to schedule directly through Jane (my online booking system), or you can always reach out the old-fashioned way by emailing me — whatever feels most comfortable for you. 😊
Here’s a snapshot of my current availability:
🌻 Mondays: 3:00–6:00pm (virtual + phone only)
🌱 Tuesdays: 11:00am–5:30pm (in-person, virtual, phone)
🍃 Wednesdays: 12:30–7:00pm (in-person, virtual, phone)
🌼 Thursdays: 12:00–6:30pm (in-person, virtual, phone)
🌙 Fridays: No sessions offered
🏡 Weekends: Office closed
