This never-ending winter had me in full hibernation mode… and if I’m being real, it wasn’t just the weather.

Navigating hormone imbalances lately has been a whole journey on its own — the exhaustion, the mood shifts, the feeling of trying to hold everything together while your body feels out of sync.

I’ve been pouring into my health, prioritizing rest, doing what I can just to stay grounded day by day. And honestly, that meant my social life took a back seat for a while.

But tonight reminded me of something important…
Connection is part of the healing too.

Laughing, being present, and just feeling like myself again with my girl 🤍✨

Sometimes that’s exactly what your nervous system needs.

This season? It’s not cute, it’s not easy… but I’m still showing up.

For some women perimenopause can turn our lives upside down… suddenly what used to work… doesn’t.🫠
The weight doesn’t move the same.
The energy isn’t the same.
Some days we don’t even recognize our own body.

And honestly… that messes with you.

But I refuse to disappear in this phase of my life.

So I show up. Tired. Frustrated. Sometimes unmotivated.
Not because I feel like it… but because I need it.😤💪🏼

This isn’t about bouncing back.
THIS IS about fighting for myself in a season that’s trying to pull me away from me.

If you’re in this phase too—just know you’re not alone.
