🏠🚧Post Construction Cleaning🚧
Our post construction cleaning usually consists of 3 cleans, depending on the builder and whether it's a new build or just a small home renovation (which usually only needs a major cleaning and sometimes a re clean).

-1st clean is a major clean. Where all windows, tubs, cabinetry and floors are cleared of putty, paint and plastic to examine for deficiencies.

-2nd clean would commence after most finishing touches are put in and before the PDI. This is a full clean (excluding windows).

-3rd clean is our final clean. After all deficiencies seen during the PDI are fixed up, our team gives the home/building a final 100% cleaning before keys are turned over to the owner.
