One of the most loving things we can do is listen 💖

Not just to what’s being said, but to everything that isn’t.

The throat chakra is often associated with our voice and self-expression but it’s equally connected to our ability to receive.

True communication isn’t just about speaking our truth; it’s about creating space for truth to be revealed.

A balanced throat chakra shows up as both authentic expression and the capacity to listen with intention, presence and care.
Listening goes far beyond hearing words. It’s an active, full-bodied experience. Engaging not just our ears, but our intuition, our awareness and our sensitivity to energy and emotion.
It’s the ability to notice tone, pauses, body language, and what lives between the lines.

When we listen this way, we gain a deeper understanding of others and ourselves.
It becomes a form of feedback, a way of perceiving what someone may not yet have the words to express.
