A simple story became a doorway to self-discovery for the children of Heavenly Angels on Sunday. Together we explored how self-respect gently grows into self-esteem, and how learning to honour yourself allows you to see your own beauty more clearly.

Interactive storytelling and soul-stirring questions are my favorite part of these sessions - because they open doors within the children that no lecture ever could. Watching them pause, reflect, and connect with their inner world is always deeply moving.

A few years ago, I challenged myself and began teaching these young children about chakras - the energy centers of our body - without knowing how deeply they would grasp or resonate with these concepts. What unfolded has been a truly fulfilling journey.

Week after week, I have seen them connect the dots, use this awareness in their self-reflection, and develop a beautiful language for their emotions and inner experiences.

During today’s session, Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri Anil K. Monga ji, gently guided the children to write down what they wished to release into the sacred Lohri fire - habits and emotions no longer serving them, such as laziness, procrastination, fear, anger, and sadness. It was a powerful act of purification, intention, and new beginnings.

Moments like these remind me - when children are given awareness, compassion, and space to reflect, they don’t just learn… they remember who they are.❤️

In the constant rhythm of responsibilities, expectations, and endless doing, we often place ourselves last - telling ourselves we’ll rest, heal, or simply breathe once everything else is taken care of.

As the energy of the Cancer Full Supermoon continues to gently integrate, my heart feels called to reflect on the sacred gathering we shared at Heavenly Palace.

Even days later, the essence of that evening remains deeply present. The flow of energy during the session was soft yet profoundly powerful - palpable the moment we came together with a conscious intention to surrender to the divine flow. As we allowed ourselves to let go, layers of emotional weight began to dissolve, creating space for lightness, trust, and quiet inner strength.

Witnessing the senior residents open their hearts with such grace was deeply humbling.
As the energy healing and chakra activations unfolded, the space felt held, protected, and guided - almost as if the moon’s nurturing presence lingered long after it had reached its peak.

This experience reaffirmed for me that healing transcends time. The ripples of intention, presence, and compassion continue to work gently within us, long after the circle has closed.💗

I hold deep gratitude for the residents of Heavenly Palace (Home for Senior Citizens) for their openness, presence, and wisdom, and for the entire team for holding such a loving and sacred container.
