This Saturday, we’re doing something special at the gym. ❤️

We’re moving our regular Strength & Sweat class to 9:00 AM and turning it into a Heart Health Awareness Workout.

Why? Because your heart health matters, not just for today, but for the next 20–30 years of your life. ❤️

From 9:00–10:15 AM, we’ll train together as we always do, but throughout the workout, we’ll share practical, real-world heart health strategies you can actually apply. Simple things that make a big difference.

We will also be raising money for the Ottawa Heart Institute, supporting the incredible work they do for heart research and patient care right here in our community. If you’re able to contribute, every dollar helps.

We’ll have:

• .🎟 Raffle prizes
• 🥤 Great refreshments
• ☕ Cappuccinos (yes… milk included)

We would truly appreciate your support in making this event a success. More importantly, We’d love to see you there.
