Research in Chicago has shown how harmful sleep deprivation is for your metabolism. Being fatigued causes the body to crave more sugars. The study also has shown it can cause obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto has done a longterm study how the lack of sleep affects your brain. It can actually physically change the frontal lobe of the brain

Is fear holding you back? Do you feel stuck and you are not sure how to make changes? Would you like to be more positive but you are stuck in negativity?

Changing on willpower alone is so hard since it is estimated that we only us 10 % of the conscious mind. That means that 90% is the subconscious mind. The "hard drive" of our brain, the part that stores different beliefs that you accept about yourself and the world. Some of them are positive empowering beliefs, and others are negative limiting beliefs.

Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, that is why through hypnosis change can so successful.

The physical benefits of being tobacco-free start almost immediately. Within 20 minutes of quitting, a person’s blood pressure returns to normal; within eight hours, blood carbon monoxide levels drop and oxygen levels increase; and after two days, a person’s sense of smell and taste improves. There are other advantages to becoming tobacco-free as well.
You have more energy and more money in your pocket not having to pay for ci******es.

Hypnosis is so effective because the hypnotist talks to the subconscious mind. That's where the positive lasting change happens.

The conscious mind is only 4%-10% of our total mind. The other 90% is covered by your subconscious mind. It's where the habits and core beliefs are stored. Some are helpful and some not so helpful.
During hypnosis the hypnotist quiets the conscious mind and talks to the subconscious mind.

For some of our children the anxiety of going back has already started.
Little ones need to be completely toilet trained. Some of our children are bullied, some have trouble focusing because of ADD/ADHD.
The great news is that we are more aware about mental health for children and teens. The sad news is that so many children are dealing with this.
