Social distancing and self-quarantine don't mean you have to lock yourself indoors. In fact, fresh air and sunshine are well-known to boost immune function and overall health. sunshine. 🌞

Be sure to keep a safe distance from others, but also be sure to continue getting plenty of outdoor time, as staying indoors may be far more detrimental.

Andrew uses a variety of hands-on and evidence-based manual therapy approaches in his therapy to help treat acute and chronic based movement and pain disorders, including:

✔️Soft tissue release
✔️McKenzie and Mulligan techniques
✔️Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
✔️A mixture of Western Acupuncture and Functional Dry Needling techniques

In addition, he has a strong background and extensive experience working with mild traumatic brain injuries (concussions). He works with individuals to help them manage their acute concussion symptoms, reduce the risk of developing post-concussion-syndrome (PCS), and help identify/reduce the impact of issues related to PCS. Andrew is certified to assess and treat concussion via CCMI.
