Welcome! At Body+Mind in West-Centertown Ottawa we work to bring the body and mind into harmony by providing deep tissue massage to decrease stress through the release of tissue. Here relaxation and restoration for the body and mind go hand in hand as you enjoy a deep, corrective massage in a warm, inviting environment.
While we are specialists in deep tissue sports massage therapy we welcome new patients of all ages, athletes or non-athletes, those looking for relief from injury or those simply looking for a restorative experience.
Deep Tissue massage has many outstanding benefits, not only for athletes. The techniques we use can break down old scar tissue, relax tight, knotted muscles, and improve muscle length and stretch allowing for a fuller range of movement and comfort.
