Integrate Healthcare Collective is a team of Doctors, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Active Release (ART) & Shockwave practitioners, Registered Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, Naturopath, Psychologist, Yoga & Pilates teachers working together under one roof. We have recently added MSK Medicine Dr.Adrienne Junek (offering trigger point injections and medical acupuncture for acute and chronic pain) & Sports Medicine Dr. Anita Pozgay (offering plasma rich platelet and steroid injections by referral). We specialize in muscular, neurological, and skeletal pain, along with acute and chronic workplace and sports injuries.

•We don't need a prescription to start our Initial Assessments (but check your private health insurance to confirm they don't require it)

Our MSK Medical Doctors at Integrate are now accepting new patients — and anyone can book (no family doctor or referral needed)

Our doctors specialize in musculoskeletal (MSK) pain and injury — things like back pain, shoulder issues, knee pain, or tendon injuries. They can:
💉 Provide pain-relief injections (Lidocaine, Cortisone, PRP, and Prolotherapy)
🩻 Write requisitions for imaging (X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI)
📄 Provide referrals and documentation for Physio, Chiro, Massage, or Osteopathy (for insurance coverage)

Our goal is simple:
👉 Keep non-emergency pain and injury cases out of the ER
