Equipment Required: teatment table and medical bag/kit. Any supplies used will be reimbursed by FHC on invoicing.

Document requirement = current license, liability insurance, current First Aid/CPR certificate, ID.

Ideally one or two physiotherapists could cover the entirety of these shifts for continuity of care.
