I am a psychic medium with a high sensitivity to energy. I have always been sensitive, but I developed my psychic and mediumship abilities with time. I love my sensitive nature because I get to be empathetic with my friends, notice shifts of energy quickly, and be gentle. Being highly sensitive is a beautiful gift that I adore, but it also brought me many struggles. I used to be overwhelmed by all the energy I could feel, specifically the negative energy from others. I was depressed, extremely anxious, heartbroken and felt alone. I started to eat clean, practice yoga and meditation, and be kind to myself. I devoted lots of my time to wellness, and because of that I started to heal. With my passion for wellness, I developed a strict spiritual practice. Countless hours of yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, psychic sessions, astrology readings, spiritual courses, and so on, I started to realize that I have some magical abilities. My consciousness ignited. Not only am I sensitive to the energy of others, I am also sensitive to the energy of spirit beings, like angels, spirit guides and passed loved ones.
