Lindsey is a passionate and experienced Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients improve their quality of life through personalized, goal-focused treatments. She has extensive experience working with post-surgical scar tissue, TMJ dysfunction, hip related conditions, and pregnancy massage. She also offers Manual Cupping Massage, and Nerve Mobilization Massage. Manual Cupping Massage uses suction cups to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. Nerve Mobilization Massage is a gentle technique that helps reduce nerve-related pain and improve mobility by freeing up restricted nerve pathways. Known for her warm and welcoming presence, Lindsey begins each session with a thorough assessment and works closely with clients to ensure comfort and effective results. She believes in educating clients throughout their treatment and provides practical home-care to support long-term success. Lindsey’s passion for massage therapy quickly evolved into multiple instructing roles in Sudbury, Kingston, and Ottawa. Lindsey is responsible for teaching, providing massage demonstrations, and preparing students for board exams. Her ongoing commitment towards the advancement of the Massage Therapy profession is demonstrated in both her clinical work and educational roles.

Because of you, I have grown into this new version of me. Thank you for the laughs, the tears, the smiles and the memories. Thank you for giving me the confidence and strength to conquer life’s challenges.
