Reminiscing about spaces that no longer exist today…

A lot of loss happened in 2025. We really shed a lot of who we were so we could become who we are meant to be. The year of the snake did not disappoint.

I remember when working behind this desk was a dream of mine, and now I have been here for over a year, and I have been offering sessions and helping out - and it’s been magical in so many ways. ✨

And in the short time since I’ve been there, the shoppe has moved locations. And the new location is so much older, it holds so much energy, you can feel the difference in the way the space holds you.

I am so proud to be a part of this.

And we had to shed the past, the old skin, the old identity or this never would have existed.

As 2025 comes to a close, let yourself shed and see what happens 🤍

Allowing it to happen means taking your plan and throwing it out the window.

It means allowing good to come to you without resisting it.

It means allowing people to help you.

The reason why it hasn’t happened yet is because you think you know how it’s going to happen. You’ve planned it all. But, what if what is meant for you is bigger than whatever you could possibly plan.

You’ve got to allow the opportunity for the universe to surprise you.

And it’s not a linear path to your goal. But just keep going! Even if you don’t know what you’re doing, if you feel lost, if you feel like it’s not making sense… I promise you it will all work out.

It will all work out when you realize that you don’t have to be responsible for it all.

When you start energy healing, it takes you on a journey where you start taking yourself seriously, where you start treating yourself better, where you start rooting into your boundaries, and these little changes have the capacity to shift your entire life.

I’ve never seen anyone start down this path and stop. 🤍

If you haven’t been good to yourself, if you haven’t taken care of yourself or nurtured yourself in any way… when you actually start - it’s going to feel weird.

And you have to get through that too.

You’d think that when the ease shows up that you would accept it with open arms, but there are times where you resist your own ease, where you actively make it harder on yourself, and where you actively sit in your own discomfort when you don’t have to. It’s a weird shadow side to the healing process.

And if you’re navigating it, then you know what I’m talking about. Keep going. Keep moving through the pain that arises when the good starts to settle in. Keep allowing yourself to experience the things you’ve asked for without self sabotage. Keep going! Keep allowing!

The grass IS greener on the other side. 🤍

What you want is not what you need.

Humans think they know what they want and need, but it is often times just your mind or ego attempting to keep you comfortable.

To get to the next level, you have to allow. You can’t plan everything. And when something doesn’t work out the way you want, you’ve got to ask yourself if it was what you needed instead?!

When you’re evaluating from the perspective of growth, you’re going to find the expansion everytime something goes against the way you “wanted” it to! 🤍

The 2025 season has come to an end!

This year feels really different.

This year, I am doing this full time. It’s been beautiful and scary and had its ups and downs, but it’s been so good. I’m in awe of it all.

When you change as rapidly as I do, it takes a while before you realize that you’ve outdone yourself, that you’ve achieved all your goals (and you have done well too), you’ve gone above and beyond, and so much has changed this year.

Last year I was wondering if this was all possible and now I am living it. 🤍

With so much gratitude, we closed this season with my favourite market - the Pet Market ! 🐕🐶

It has been another beautiful season and I will see y’all next year 🤍🤍
