You get an exact reflection of who you are and what your beliefs are. FACTS.

If you are like me and think that society sucks… you’re going to experience that sucky society!

I’m curbing that belief. I recognized something that no longer aligns and I am shifting it.

My world is extremely magical. Rude and unintentional conversation doesn’t make sense in my existence. There is a whole world of people out there who feel the way I feel and once I align to that frequency we are going to be interacting. And that’s how this game of life is played.

You’re getting a mirror reflecting of who you are, what your thoughts are, and of who you are being. So when the world is reflecting your own s**t back to you… that’s when it’s time for you to go inwards and do the work to change it.

I had a few days to relax this week and I had extreme anxiety most of the time.

Because coming out of fight or flight mode is just as challenging as being in it.

You’ve got to show your body that it’s okay to relax. It’s okay to not be doing. It’s okay to give yourself some time to process. And so many of us don’t… you just keep going and going and going, and then by the time you realize you’re overwhelmed it’s too late. Everything is already on overload.

When you have the rest time, allow yourself to rest. Talk to your body. Tell yourself that it’s okay to slow down. That it’s okay to not. Tell your body that sometimes the rest is where the most work gets completed.

And when I say rest… I don’t mean scrolling. I don’t mean watching tv, or answering emails, or parenting, or cleaning… I mean really sitting and stopping. Let yourself recalibrate without screens, input, or to-do lists. It’s okay to stop.

Because if you don’t…the next wave of intensity is going to feel like the sky is falling in. You’ve got to let yourself heal a bit so that you have the energy to take on what is coming. 🤍

It’s not always going to make sense in the moment.

But where you’re at right now is vitally importantly to your story plot. So be fully there. If it hurts…let it hurt, if it’s fun…then let it be fun! And lean fully into whatever is arising for you in the moment.

I always used to ask “why I wasn’t there yet” or “when is it going to happen for me,” instead of recognizing that it always was. It was always happening. It was always coming. It was always in the works (and still is)!

This part might not make sense right now, but trust me…you’ve got to have this experience.

Where you are right now is exactly where you’re supposed to be. Keep taking those little steps everyday that are already adding up for you - and self recognition along the way is important too.

When you’re living a life unlike 90% of the population, it’s not always going to make sense. Because 90% of the humans around you are never going to get it. 🤍

Keep going.

I am building this life so I can move slower.

So that I can so I can spend my mornings with my best friend, so that I can enjoy existing again…

I am building this dream because I hated how I used to have to spend everyday rushing from one thing to the next. I hated the race of the corporate world. I hated how working a 9-5 took all of my awake, energized, and sunny hours out of the day and turned it into darkness.

You can pretend to like your job, you can pretend it’s okay to sign your existence away for a pay check.

I won’t be doing that. 🤍

& Neither are the people in my world.

Today could be your day one!! Or it’s just going to be one other day.

I am so glad I started when I did. And if I could have started sooner I would have. Which is why I speak like this. My clients know the value in not wasting another moment walking a path of misalignment.

In 5 years from now you can look back and say “I did it!” Or… it could be your day one and you’ve lost the time you would have had if you started today. Perspective is everything.

It’s always working out for me!

I’ve never had a Plan B, I’ve never had any other desires, there is no other option, I’ve never even considered anything different…

When you know you know.

We are going to see what happens when I give myself the chance to succeed, when I give myself the chance to do what I know I’m meant to do…

I’ve always been built for a life that doesn’t make sense to most people. And this whole dream of mine keeps becoming more real and real everyday.

In my world, you’re either doing it or you’re not. And I’m doing it. 🔥✌🏼
