Meet Alex Schettler, owner of Realign and Flow Massage and Wellness.

For 11 years, Alex has been building a space rooted in care, connection, and community, alongside 16 years as a Registered Massage Therapist and her work facilitating self-care and mindfulness experiences.

For Alex, is about “sharing towards our collective growth, and encouraging wellness when people are able and interested.” Alex credits the community around her as her greatest teachers, shaping both her work and her perspective.

After a full day of freezing rain, Wednesday night was a sparkle & shimmer! Realign & Flow-ers were keen to keep their appointments and walk over for treatments, even though..

I continue to be wow-ed by our community of amazing clients and their families who love to book appointments with us. I was happily surprised to meet some determined & brave people willing to face all kinds of weather just for massages.

Please sign petition to remove HST from all Registered Massage Therapy services across Canada.

Registered Massage Therapy is the only regulated health profession in Canada, still required to charge HST. Please sign petition requesting HST no more for RMT services.

An RMT in British Columbia recently created a new federal petition to gather further support for HST/GST exemption for massage therapy in Canada.

This petition is sponsored by MP Brad Vis, who has previously championed similar exemption petitions directed towards the previous federal government.

A related petition, recently presented in the House of Commons by Newfoundland MP Jonathan Rowe, has already mandated a government response. Every new petition presented with maximum signatures further amplifies our collective voice and compels the government to act on this crucial issue.
