Sometimes I like to help out in my community!
I had the privilege of being asked to offer massage during a local hockey tournament this weekend. Amazing to see so much young talent and a HUGE shoutout to their support!🤗🏒
There were a bunch of super cool vendors too!

Hey y'all!

Just wanted to come out here and let ya know that FEBRUARY 1ST, 2026, The Wellness Post is moving to Richmond inside the Hair Expectations Salon and Spa (6054 Perth St, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0).

This is a tough move for me but I am so gosh darn proud of the beautiful community I have been privileged to attract into this space. I am grateful for every one of you trusting me with your massage therapy needs, every shout out, every referral and every repeat visit. As I’ve said before, you fill my heart AND my fridge and I am grateful and excited to continue to do what I love and to grow this community within this new space.

I thought it would be fun to get a bunch of women together for a fun day of Christmas Crafting!
There will be music, mocktails, and EVERYTHING you need to make 4 different fun crafts (that could be turned into gifts)🎄🎅 (Sock gnome, simmer pots, stenciled ornaments, and decorate your own candle)
Jogging pants are HIGHLY encouraged!😍
Grab a friend or family member and head on out!
Cost is $50/person.
Event will take place Thursday December 11th from 6-8pm at my lil shop The Wellness Post located at 2120 Robertson rd. Unit B101.
