Bruce Bonner is more than a Nutritionist he is a creative gluten free pancake artist. Every weekend he prepares his favourite recipe for his wife of 31 years Susan. Then the decorating begins... Fresh blueberries for eyes, fresh organic apples for ears and eyebrows, fresh grapes for a nose and a few dustings of cinnamon around applesauce cheeks. Drizzled in local maple syrup. Breakfast is something to smile about in our home.
