Find your inner balance and allow your body to relax, align and heal. Love and Light! Ellie Hi there. I am a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner since 2013 and a highly Intuitive Healer. I have studied many spiritual paths and beliefs. I have worked as a Doula/Birth Coach and have attended many births including home births. I have also done volunteer work with pregnant teens at risk. I am qualified to teach Prenatal Classes and help new moms with Lactation/Breast feeding. I also have much experience as a Natural Health Consultant and can advise on supplement use and diet changes to help bring the body back to a healthier state of balance. I am practiced in Swedish Massage and Relaxation therapy.

4Elements offers Reiki/Energy Treatment Sessions, Natural Health Consultations, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation/Intuitive Healing Massage, Tarot Card Readings, Doula Services etc and I also have a Certificate in Parapsychology from the University of Edinburgh. If you have ghosts, I’m your girl :)))

I have also studied Tantra and I have taken a course in Human Sexuality. I am starting on the road to Sacred Sexuality Coaching. I am a strong advocate against Domestic Abuse/Emotional/Narcissistic Abuse/Sexual Abuse and Violence in relationships of all kinds. I am available to speak on it publicly or privately. Abuse has personally touched my life in many ways. I hope to help others avoid some or all of what I have experienced. Don’t hesitate to contact me for details regarding this.
