Our MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) program, co-led by Karen Sutherland and Dr. Sukhi Basran, began last week.
We are grateful for the shared energy and community spirit. 💚

Mindfulness at Centrepointe is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, an evidence-based program that was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. In addition to teaching MBSR, we offer customized mindfulness presentations and workshops tailored to the needs of a variety of populations.
