Modo hot yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility! Bus Directions: We are easy to get to! From St.Laurent Station: take the #95 to Place D'Orleans (10-12 mins.) from here take either the #193, #132, or the #134 get off at Dussere (20 mins.

Led by Sophie Songbird (vocals, harmonium, guitar, djembe), this gathering is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the power of mantra, music and meditation.

Whether you are new to Kirtan or a seasoned chanter, come as you are and allow the vibrations of sacred sounds guide you into a state of joy, connection and inner peace.
