TODAY’S CLASS IS ON!

I am gratified to see so many community members taking part in our twice a week exercise classes. The vision of kick starting individuals well being has superseded my expectations and I hope to continue to reach more of our community members. With 42 enthusiastic participants on Monday our class was the biggest yet but don’t worry there is still room for lots more of you. The Metcalfe Community Association metcalfecommunityassociation has supported us to bring this vision to life and we want to thank them for the support in Helping our Community MOVE BETTER!

With the support of the Metcalfe Community Association - Our Exercise Class is resuming next week. Beginning Monday January 5th, 2026 at the Metcalfe Community Center - upstairs. The class is designed for beginners and/or seniors but everyone is welcome. The classes run Mondays and Thursdays from 11am - 12 pm and are drop in style. $5 per session. We look forward to helping you get stronger and MOVE BETTER.

We had a great time at the Metcalfe Santa Clause Parade yesterday. We loved seeing all the excited children waiting to see the big guy at the end of the parade.

Huge Shout Out and Congratuations to our very own Adrianna Mann for training for and competeing in her first HYROX competition in Germany yesterday. Dreams take hard work, dedication and a whole lot of fun.
