Join us for a group exercise class that will encorporate stength, balance and mobilty Mondays and Thursdays at Metcalfe Community Center (upstairs). Move Better will be teaching a group exercise class with the support of Metcalfe Community Association that is meant for all ablities. Modifications and advancements for all movements will be available so that we can help everyone MOVE BETTER. Starting December 1st at 11am it will continue Mondays and Thursdays for 6 sessions. Then a pause over the holidays and will resume again January 5th, 2026. Sessions are $5 each. You can sign up in a advance at movebetterphysiotherapyclinic@gmail.com; or you can drop. We want to help you start moving, gain strength, improve your balance, improve your mobility and function better in life.
