I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut in 2010. My undergraduate studies were completed at Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Since graduating school and becoming a registered Physiotherapist in Ontario I have completed further training in Concussion rehabilitation, Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha and Spinal Manipulation. My philosophy is to help my clients achieve their goals without pain or fear. I use a combination of manual therapy along with active strength and mobility plan for the best results. I'm here to educate and empower you to recover from injury or progress your training to achieve your goals.
