When you’re 21, a doctor is going to tell you that there is nothing you can do to support your skin condition. It is VERY important that you do not listen to them.
Starting very young, you will suffer from eczema, food allergies and additive allergies, some you won’t really be aware of until your mid-20s. It is going to reach peak awful when you’re 20 years old.
Your skin will be so raw. You will have horrible patches all over your face, it will hurt to open your eyes and you will be at risk of skin infections. You will take medication that makes you feel sick and use medicated creams that burn your skin.
Then you will drive so deeply into research that you will eventually go back to school, become a Nutritionist, and help others figure out how to improve their skin health, support their hormones, reduce digestive distress, and live better lives. But more importantly, you will help others by letting them know you believe in them and can relate to their struggles in some way.
