Lets breakdown WHY you feels so drained after the holidays - and no, it's not all that turkey you ate 😄 It's the Emotional Holiday Hangover 😵 ❤️

✨ Episode 5: Holiday Guilt ✨
Ever made a reasonable holiday choice and felt like the worst relative? You’re not alone. 🙃
Much of our “guilt” is conditioned — old family rules like “good kids don’t say no.” Feeling guilty doesn’t mean you’re wrong… sometimes it just means you’re doing something different. 💛
This season:
Set limits.
Disappoint people you love (yes, really).
Choose a holiday that doesn’t drain you.
Your job isn’t to be perfect — it’s to be human. ✨

12/08/2025

Friendly reminder: you’re allowed to step back from conversations you don’t have capacity for. Your holiday joy matters too. ✨

Episode 3 of the holiday series 🎄🦃
Who can relate to feeling this way? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to let these feelings get in the way of a meaningful, festive season. ✨

Episode 2 of the holiday series! 🫟✨
The holiday season doesn’t have to drain you. You’re allowed to set limits, protect your energy, and put your foot down when you need to.
Healthy boundaries = a healthier you. 💛

The holidays are upon us! 🎉
Episode 1 of my holiday series is here to help you feel grounded, supported, and actually enjoy the season. No holiday blues on our watch. 💪✨ ❤️
