Don’t forget to check your naloxone/Narcan kits! They do have an expiry date. Also they shouldn’t be left in places like the car where they can get too cold (or hot) and won’t be effective anymore. You can get them for free any time! 🙂 take care!

Health Canada says four more companies are recalling heartburn drug ranitidine, commonly known by its brand name Zantac, after presence of a probable cancer-causing impurity was found in some of the drugs.

Public Health Ontario has released updated statistics showing 1,473 people died from opioid-related causes in 2018, a jump of about 17 per cent from the previous year.
