We’re also so proud to share that Kim has completed her Pilates certification with Neu Pilates 🇨🇦—a program that blends physiotherapy principles with Pilates to create safe, informed, and empowering classes.
And Shannon has officially joined the journey too—excited to continue learning, growing, and sharing along the way 💫
