I’m looking forward to offering a small, intimate Message & Mediumship gathering at Align Holistic Studio .

This experience is created as a supportive, grounded space where intuitive messages come through from the Universe / Source and, when aligned, messages from loved ones in spirit. These messages are shared as messages of love, truth, and awareness, offered for your highest good.

Each gathering is intentionally kept small, allowing space for presence, connection, and meaningful moments.

For those who are new to my work, I’m Jessica — the heart behind Insightful Cardinals. My approach is authentic, genuine, and grounded. I don’t believe in fear-based messages or forcing connections. Instead, I trust what comes through naturally, meeting people where they are and honouring what is meant to be shared in each moment.

My journey into this work has been shaped through lived experience, deep personal healing, and mentorship. I’ve had the honour of learning from Laura Trapling and Matthew Stapley, whose guidance has helped me deepen my trust, clarity, and confidence in this work.

At the heart of everything I offer is a deep commitment to serving with care and presence.

I’m Jessica, the heart behind Insightful Cardinals.
This space — much like the one behind me — was created intentionally through my own healing journey. It was in navigating my own seasons of grief, growth, and realignment that I felt a deep calling to create spaces where others could feel supported, grounded, and truly seen.

I’m an Empowerment Coach, Energy Healer, Intuitive Guide, and Psychic Medium. My work supports people through transitions, emotional healing, and personal expansion — helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom, clarity, and sense of peace.

I’m also a caregiver, and I deeply understand how easy it is to place your own needs last. Because of this, I know firsthand how vital it is to create space for self-care, nervous system support, and gentle restoration — not as a luxury, but as a necessity.

Alongside one-on-one sessions, I also host Soul Sister Circles and co-create collaborative experiences with other wonderful practitioners. These gatherings are intentionally designed to be supportive, nurturing, and grounding — creating safe spaces for connection, reflection, healing, and shared wisdom.

I also share my own experiences with rawness and vulnerability — not because I have it all figured out, but because I believe there is power in honesty. I know firsthand that when one person shows up authentically, it gently invites others to do the same.

I’ve had a deep inner knowing since childhood, and over time felt called to consciously develop my intuition and mediumship through the mentorship of Laura Traplin and Matthew Stapley, along with other incredible teachers who have supported my growth along the way. My work is grounded, ethical, and heart-led — guided by compassion, integrity, and lived experience.

✨ Soul Sister Circle Special — Winter Solstice: Returning to the Light ✨

There is something deeply sacred about this gathering.

Not only is this the final Soul Sister Circle of 2025,
it also falls on the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year and the quiet turning point where light begins its return.

Owning My Truth as a Psychic Medium

For a long time, I chose the label Intuitive Guide instead of Psychic Medium. Not because the title wasn’t true for me — but because of the weight society has placed on those words. Movies, misconceptions, and outdated narratives often portray Psychic Mediums in ways that feel far from the grounded, compassionate, heart-centred work I offer.

But here’s the truth:
I have been walking this path for years.
I have learned from Psychic Mediums I deeply respect — mentors who embody integrity, humility, and connection.
And my own gifts have always been present, even when I hesitated to name them out loud.

Stepping into the title isn’t about ego.
It’s about alignment.

It’s about no longer abandoning the most authentic parts of myself because someone else might misunderstand them. Whether others choose to believe, resonate, or agree is no longer my business. My role is to honour how Spirit, Source, and energy speak through me — with compassion, clarity, and responsibility.

How My Abilities Present

My connection with Spirit expresses itself in a language that is both subtle and multidimensional:

✨ Clairaudience — hearing messages, phrases, or symbolic words.
✨ Claircognizance — a deep, grounded knowing that arrives with certainty.
✨ Clairvoyance — visual impressions, scenes, and symbolic “video clips.”
✨ Song & Sound Messages — Spirit often uses music, lyrics, or melodies to convey emotion and meaning.
✨ Energetic Translation — each person has a unique inner dictionary, and part of my gift is interpreting the symbols, sensations, and messages in a way that aligns with your experience.

This work isn’t about prediction or theatrics.
It is about connection, healing, validation, and remembrance.

It is about bridging messages that support your highest good, held in compassion, clarity, and integrity.

And while Psychic Medium is a part of who I am — it is not the only part.
