We pride ourselves in offering a positive, professional and caring environment. We teach Fletcher Pilates® - the Ron Fletcher lineage of the Pilates method. Regardless of age, body type or fitness level, our team of qualified teachers is dedicated to help you attain your best level of physical wellness. We also include complimentary methods into our teachings such as Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), the MELT Method® and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Our studio is located in Downtown Ottawa. If you are new to Pilates, we require that you take an INTRODUCTORY SESSION. You have the option of taking a minimum of 5 PRIVATE SESSIONS (start anytime) or an 8 week INTRODUCTORY GROUP CLASS (not restricted to the same INTRO class each week).
