Last week, I concluded another important step in my academic journey. The UOttawa hosted a beautiful convocation ceremony. I’ve worked so hard to earn my master’s degree and I couldn’t be prouder.

Thank you again to everyone involved! Thanks to my family, friends, colleagues, professors, participants and to my incredible supervisor Dr. Linda McLean. Obrigada! 👩🏻‍🎓🙏❤️

This year has been a whirlwind of exciting challenges and accomplishments, and I’m so grateful for all the experiences that came my way:

🏥 Opened P**a Physio – Proud to launch my own physiotherapy clinic in Almonte, ON, and serve this amazing community!

🌍 ICS 2024, Madrid – I had the honour of presenting 2 parts of my thesis on Hypopressive Exercises at the International Continence Society conference and connecting with brilliant researchers from around the world.

📚 Montreal Symposium – Presented my research on Hypopressive Exercises at a symposium led by Dr. Chantale Dumoulin, sharing insights with incredible peers.

🎓 Master's Degree Completion – Wrapped up my Master’s degree at the University of Ottawa in December, marking a major personal milestone! Woohoo! 🎉

A huge thank you to my incredible supervisor Dr. Linda McLean, my mentors, colleagues, volunteers, and all the amazing people who have supported me along the way. Here’s to more learning, growth, and impact in 2025! 🙏💫
