ACT Learning Centre is a therapy centre founded to provide evidence based, innovative and leading edge assessment and intervention for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities or developmental delays.

We’re launching an 8-week therapeutic group designed to help teens explore identity, build confidence and connect with community.

Using a Narrative Therapy approach, participants will reflect on the stories they’ve been told and learn to write their own.
