Love was in the air at Carlingwood this Valentine’s Day! 💕

From glamorous photo shoots (Thank you Jadyn!) and cherished wedding memories to beautiful music by the Polished Brass Quintet, the day was full of heartfelt moments. We enjoyed a touching resident-written poem, sweet handmade cards from local kindergarten students, and a lively social with plenty of delicious treats.

Our special Salmon Wellington dinner was a hit — and the extra napkin details by our dietary team (Thank you Angelica!) were the perfect finishing touch! What a truly love-filled day celebrating romance, friendship, and community. ❤️

Happy Lunar New Year! We had a very different afternoon this week in order to celebrate! We started off with great decorations and trivia, followed by a performance by the Chinese Art Troupe, and a social. As if that wasn’t enough, the kitchen outdid themselves once again with a Chinese Buffet for dinner! Thank you to everyone who was involved!

Today we gathered as a community to honour and remember the 21 residents we lost in 2025. Each of them will forever be a part of our community and has left a lasting mark on all of us. 🤍

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Corinne, Eleanor, Angel, John, Caroline, and Coralyn for sharing readings and helping to light the candles during this meaningful gathering.
