Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese technique to bring balance back into the body. You can choose to focus on just one area or do a general healing. This technique takes approximately 2-5 minutes and has great health benefits. Teach it to your children as well so that self care becomes a habit for them now.
Grasp a finger, hold it with the fingers and thumb of the opposition hand. Hold it until you feel a pulse, then release. If you immediately feel a pulse upon grasping your finger, then hold it until the pulse is gentler. ❤️
