Working with our government and other NGO kindred agencies in demonstration scenarios prepares us to be at best performance when our community is in real need!

SJA FD (Ottawa) provides so much to the city of Ottawa. Besides training thousands of people each year in first aid, over 150 volunteers provide medical first response at events across the city. Our therapy dog teams provide emotional support to hundreds of people annually. The volunteer Emergency Response Unit stands ready to be called up for major incidents locally and beyond.
