🌿 Saturday Practice — Clearing Your Energy
If you’ve been around people this week
and something still feels like it’s lingering…
here’s a simple way to clear your energy:
Take a moment and pause.
If you can, sit or stand comfortably
with your feet on the ground.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and a long breath out through your mouth.
Again — inhale…
and exhale.
Now imagine your body surrounded by space —
your own energy, your own field.
Gently bring your awareness just outside your body,
like you’re noticing the space around you.
Then, using your hands or just your attention,
begin to brush downward from your head to your shoulders…
and from your shoulders down your arms.
Like you’re clearing off a light layer of dust.
Move slowly. No force.
As you do this, imagine anything that isn’t yours
simply falling away.
You can also quietly say to yourself:
“Anything that isn’t mine, I release.”
Take another slow breath in…
and a long breath out.
Let your shoulders soften.
You don’t need to clear everything —
even a small shift is enough.
Take what you need from this.
